Is an adult residential care facility that provides long-term, family style living for males and females 18 years and older with a diagnosis of mild to profound intellectual disability (MH/MR) who requires twenty-four hour daily supervision.

Our Mission
The mission of Bridgeway Residential Services is to provide structured programs designed to meet the Individual’s physical and emotional needs as well as provide guidance, protection and supervision. Bridgeway Residential Services is an equal opportunity service provider and non-gender specific. The agency will provide the maximum level of care through hands on support and training to individuals who have been identified with mild to severe mental retardation; and who may also suffer from a mental illness. These training and supports will focus on the areas of Self Care skills, Housekeeping skills, Social/Communication skills, Community Integration and Safety skills, Health and Safety Skills Sensory stimulation and gross/fine motor skills, Behavior/problem solving skills and Academic skills. The program will offer consumers the opportunity to improve their level of daily functioning, develop a sense of achievement and self worth. Overall, this program’s purpose will be to assist individuals in reaching their highest level of independence by providing training skills that emphasizes normalization within the community.
Characteristics of the Population Served
The individual must meet the following criteria
- Diagnosed as functioning in the range of mild to severe mental retardation
- Experience significant impairment in functioning in several areas of their lives
- Live independently/with family, in an adult home, or group home
- Meet 2 of 7 areas on the Level of Function Assessment
Needs of Population Served
- Individuals who lack the necessary skill level to live independently
- Individuals who require assistance and/or training with Self Care skills, Housekeeping skills, Social skills, Community Integration skills, Health and Safety skill and Academic skills.
